* Add in as many of the following as you care to use (to taste):
Peeled Parsnips
Peeled Carrots
Peeled Brussel Sprouts
Ginger (fresh)
Fuji Apples (to add a touch of autumn)
* Put all ingredients into a Cuisinart and mince.
* Add: Lemon Juice, Balsamic Vinegar to flavor
